Host Agreement
The terms for listing a parking space on ParkHour.
Eligibility and verification
Hosts must verify their identity and show they are authorized to rent each space (for example ownership, a lease that permits it, or written permission from the owner or HOA).
Listings
Listings must be accurate, including photos, location, access instructions, size guidance and transportation status. Residential hosts may not offer transportation. ParkHour reviews listings before they can be booked and may remove listings that break these terms.
Pricing, fees and payouts
ParkHour sets and publishes customer prices for committed spaces; hosts don’t set their own. Listing a space is free during the private beta, and no payments or payouts are processed yet. [Any fees after the beta, payout timing and tax reporting to be confirmed.]
Host responsibilities
Keep the space available and accessible for confirmed reservations, follow local laws and HOA rules, and report incidents promptly.
