Trust & Safety
Built on trust,not on promises.
Parking in someone else’s space — or opening yours to strangers — takes confidence. Here is how ParkHour earns it.

Verified hosts
Hosts verify their identity and show they are authorized to rent each space — ownership, a lease that allows it, or written permission.
Reviewed listings
Every listing is reviewed by ParkHour before it can be booked. Transportation status is stated plainly, and residential hosts never offer shuttles.
Honest information
No invented availability, prices or reviews. Ratings only come from completed reservations. Space measurements are guidance, not a guarantee of fit.
SpotPass at arrival
Each confirmed reservation gets a SpotPass, so hosts and attendants can confirm the right driver is in the right space.
Payments & privacy
When reservations launch, card payments will be handled by a dedicated payment provider — ParkHour will not store card numbers. We do not sell personal information.
