Getting started
Is ParkHour available yet?
Not yet. We are launching first in Dallas–Fort Worth and onboarding hosts and operators now. Join the waitlist to hear when reservations open near you.
Where will ParkHour launch first?
DFW and Dallas Love Field airports, selected downtown districts in Dallas and Fort Worth, and Arlington neighborhoods, including Game Day parking.
Is there an app?
The iPhone and Android apps are in development. You can ask to be notified on the Get the App page.
Reservations & SpotPass
What is a SpotPass?
Your digital reservation pass. It shows your reservation details and a code a host or attendant can check when you arrive.
When do I get the exact address?
The full address and entry instructions are shared once your reservation is confirmed.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The refund you would receive is shown before you confirm a cancellation. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy (draft).
Hosting
What do I need to become a host?
A space you are authorized to rent, identity verification, photos, and basic details such as availability, price and access instructions.
How do I get paid?
Payouts are made through our payment provider after completed reservations. You set up payouts during onboarding.
How does Refer a Host work?
Invite someone new to list a space. Referral rewards will be announced when the program opens.
Privacy & account
How do I ask about my data?
Use the Contact page and choose “Privacy request”. We will respond to access, correction and deletion requests.
